Oh my...
It does not have an EXTERNAL IP. The registry hack is like having
pseudo-external IP. The IP on the NT server is still an internal one.
Under TCP/IP properties it is JUST THE INTERNAL ONE. Internal mail comes in
to the firewall on its external port and sends it out to the NT via NAT. My
mail server, as stated in other posts, has ONE NIC. Its all internal. In
such a case, Imail CAN'T send mail unless you do this hack

This is a hack per se, not actually allocating an external IP to the NT. It
is not a firewall issue. Changing these IP's in this scenario is screwing up
Imail's domains. Why is the question. Using the virtual IP's seems okay.
