ie, they could relay mail through you after SMTP AUTH?

>However, in Outlook Express, it gives an error message:
>"The connection to the server has failed. Account mail.bsu.net server
>mail.bsu.net(our mail domain) Protoco; SMTP Port 25 Secure SSL no socket

>What's wrong???

SSL?? Why is OE using SSL?? to do SMTP/POP3 ?

>In IMail Administrator, under SMTP Security, I uncheck the "disable SMTP
>AUTH reporting" (actually this isn't even checked when we are just using
>"RELAY FOR ANYONE" option. The disable SMTP VRFY command box is checked though.

It's probably nothing wrong in Imail, but in our dear old poisoned gift
from MS, Outlook Express.

Can you set up an account for me and I will check it with my Eudora Pro
with logging on? Email me privately an accout name and password

You see to have checked SMTP AUTH, since you're not reporting it in the
