Jess,
But that is the host running IMail (the SMTP service reports this in the
log)! Yes, you might not be 'using' this domain, but IMail is. If this first
domain (on the Primary IP) is not configured correctly, you can have
problems. I'm guessing that the name used by IMail does not agree with the
hostname/domain name in the TCPIP settings and/or the HOSTS file is not
correct.

so I'm going to call support back today.
yes the DNS on the ai-hosting.com domain is SCREWED to say the least but
that domain is not being used for email at this time. it's the other
domains.
