[IMail Forum] Lotus Notes with Imail?

I have a customer with a domain on my Imail server. He has just installed Lotus Notes 4.65. What changes if any, do I make in his Imail settings, and what does he enter into the Lotus Notes server to get it to send/receive mail...

He says his internet ACCESS provider (not me, I host only) tells him he will need "an smtp dialup to get his mail" - which sounds insane.
