Hello List Members,
We have just taken over support for a .com that is using Imail 6.04 on a
Win2000 Server. I would like to ask the list a question to see if there is
anyone that can help. There are two separate issues. One more urgent than
the other so I will ask this first.
This is a clip from the log. Mail to some domains sits in the Q. This is an
example of a domain "werusa.com" that sits in the Q. AOL is another. When I
do an nslookup from the mail server it is able to resolve the name
mail.werusa.com just fine.

I have a server co-located in the same datacenter as this mail server. When
I send an email to a domain on my server it works. When I send an email to
my home account on roadrunner (which is also resolvable from this mail
server it stays in the Q. I have deleted all the messages in the Q. they
just stack up again. I am going to try that Queue clean utility but before I
did I wanted to get some opinions. On what the issue may be.
There is a message in the Q with an "_*.~TF" without any details in the Body
Filename the FROM or the TO. This has not been there since the beginning of
the issue but I'm curious if this is anything to look at.
Please ask me any qualifying questions that may help everyone focus in on
this issue.
Thank you,
Stephen Funk
