[IMail Forum] "Official Host name"

Hi,

In all examples I see that iMail uses mail.domain.com as the Official Host
name.

Is it a problem if I use domain.com as my official host name? This way there
is no [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the reply address. Now it is [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If I use domain.com as the OHN, do I still need a "mail" host in the DNS?
