Did you changed IP�s

If so, check in  the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ipswitch\IMail\Domains

that maybe still have the old IP, so your machine tries to connect to
the other server, but the other server reply to the old IP, so there is
an MX connect fail
