A number of people would like this ability, but I don't think anybody has
found an easy way to do it yet.

Not with IMail alone, unless you have a really good filtering system.

Our Declude JunkMail program ( http://www.declude.com ) will soon have the
ability to do exactly what you describe. Declude runs E-mail through a
number of tests, and then if it fails the tests, there are a lot
of different "Actions" that can be taken (deleting the message,
quarantining it, adding a warning to the headers, marking the subject,
etc.). We are have started working on a new action that would move the
spam to a different folder, that should be ready soon.

You could then tell Declude to take any E-mail from an address listed in
RBL, RSS, or DUL, and move it to the "BulkMail" folder (and then, if you
wanted, delete any E-mail with an invalid return address). If you had some
domains that didn't want spam checked at all, you can set up those domains
differently. And, if you get a user complaining that it his his legal
right to get spam (does that really happen?), you can set his account to
receive all E-mail.
