Rafael,
Sure. Check out the documentation regarding "program aliases". When one of
these aliases receives a message, it passes it to your Delphi program, along
with the name of the file containing the entire message, headers and all, as
the first and only parameter. All your program needs to do is pick up the
file and process it.
Most pager and mobile phone companies have email systems set up, though, so
you can do a forward like ".,[EMAIL PROTECTED]" for the
user. The "." leaves a copy in his/her box, while the forward triggers the
pager or phone.
