Define a program alias, that alias should point to your program ej.
c:\delphi\pager.exe
You will receive as a parameter the file containing the email.  Your
program should be able to parse the file and extract relevant
information and then POST the info on the webpage.  I have been doing
this for an ISP for five years and works pretty well with all pagers
from Canada to Argentina.
