People with 6.04 have reported SMTP AUTH pb's, but I personally have
not able get a fix on it at all: sometimes its database access pb's,
sometimes it's just NS, stop/start SMTP helps, doesn't help, etc, etc.
I hope Ipswitch has a better read on it for 6.05.

ime, and from what I read here, upping Imail is nearly always sans souci.
But I think you need to go 5.x to 6.0 and up then to 6.04. To be confirmed.
