Jeff,

Well, the idea was to give you things to 'collect' to 'document' any
failure. From what you said earlier, I though you had something like this
(that is how I interpreted your '....3 confirmed cases...'). Maybe you can
collect this info and provide it to Support?

When emailing Ipsiwtch Support, you should get an immediate automated
response with a Tracking number. If you don't get that, then Ipswitch did
not get your message and you better resend. I just checked the Queue for
IMail and do not locate your email address, so that means either we did not
get it or you have been answered. I then checked using your email address
and find that we got messages from you on the 20th and 21st and both have
been answered. If you used a different sending email address or have a
tracking number for that email, I can check some more, when you provide
them.
