ORBS actually has a line of text that is meant to go in the headers.
The ip4r DNS lookups start by reversing the IP address and adding it to a domain, and
looking up the A record. For example, for 127.0.0.2 you could look up the A record
for 2.0.0.127.inputs.orbs.org. That returns "127.0.0.2".
You can go a step further, by getting the TXT record as well. If you get the TXT
record for 2.0.0.127.inputs.orbs.org, it shows "See
http://www.orbs.org/blocked.html...." The different ip4r lookups return different
strings, often generic, but sometimes adding a specific reason that the domain was
listed.
