Well - then I'll be first (and no, I've never been listed as OSRB!)
As long as they list (justified or not) major ISPs such as
EarthLink/Mindscape, Cablevision's "Optimum Online", U.S. West, Yahoo.com
and even Dell.com - then they are worthless other than to flag headers.
Reality is, OSRB is too aggressive, even with their "Spam Source" database,
and thus are worthless for anything but flagging headers. And since 99% of
end users are not tech savvy enough to start processing headers...!
