Hi, A user using the web interface regularly sends an attachment to a number of addresses. This is an excel spreadsheet. There is no acompanying text. Unfortunately, this week the attached file was sent, but the message body, which ought to have been blank, included (most of) the text from a message sent by a different user to someone else some minutes earlier. Needless to say this has caused a great deal of unrest and confidence has been affected. Any ideas - especially anything I can say to management, as unfortunately they were the recipients of the message and its unintentional baggage. I am at a loss to even imagine what happened.
