To use 'Store and Forward' and ETRN, relay setting MUST be 'Addresses'. If
you cannot use that, then ETRN will not work. You do not need enter the IPs
of every user. Those outside the list of IPs will have to user SMTP Auth in
their client.
Only other suggestion would be to setup another mail (IMail) server, as a
Relay for specific IPs and domains. Then you can have the original server
Relay settings in some other configuration (but I would not recommend 'Local
hosts' or 'Users' as these settings are less than optimal.
