I checked this kb article.  It sounds close, but not quite right.  For one 
thing, I've tried all the synch settings, and we usually do synchronize all 
messages.  The other thing that bothers me is that I think the invisible 
messages we are receiving are often from Outlook 2000.  Does this mean that 
OL2k creates malformed headers?

Did anyone get a chance to look at those headers I posted last night?
