Try this.
Delete all the headers for that mailbox (in outlook like my last piece of
advice) and turn on IMAP4 Logging and then click on the mailbox and let it
download what it can. Then turn off IMAP4 logging. Go take a look at the
IMAP4 log (it's gonna be where your MBX files are, or search for IMAP4.log)
that outlook created - if you see a line with parse error then all ya can do
is delete the message(s) in web messaging. I haven't found a way around this
one.
