The host named 'inetserver.strodes.ac.uk' is responding on port 110 and 106,
but not on port 25. Either you have misconfigured the SMTP Security (but the
connection is not immediately refused, which would be the most likely
response), or the SMTP service is not working correctly. Check the SMTP
Security settings and even if all is well, stop and restart the SMTP
service. If problem still exists, re-install the last full version you have
and test with that.
