Yes, you must have; you're listed in RSS.

>SMTP Security was set to Relay mail for anyone, which I changed to Relay
>mail for local hosts.

That means that you are allowing spammers to use your mail server, but on
the condition that they must use a fake return address on one of your
domains. I'm guessing that isn't what you really want. You probably want
"Relay mail for Addresses" (entering the "safe" IP addresses there), along
with SMTP AUTH for everyone else.

>Since changing this, we have been able to send mail
>out, but have not been able to receive any mail in from any source.
>People sending to us get the message, 550 not local host strodes.ac.uk, not a
>gateway.

That means that IMail doesn't recognize strodes.ac.uk as a local
domain. That's a problem that you need to fix, no matter what relaying
option you are using.

>I was advised to change it to Relay mail for local users, which I did,

Nope. That means "My good customers have to pay to use my mail server, but
spammers can still use it for free if they are willing to use a fake
address on my domain". This time, the spammer just has to use
[EMAIL PROTECTED] as the return address, and he can send as much
spam as he wants.

>Our mail/DNS server is 212.219.90.242, and the internal network addresses
>are 192.168.1.0 to 255,
>192.168.2.0 to 255 and 192.168.3.0 to 255.

Then use "Relay mail for Addresses", and add 192.168.1.0 with a netmask of
255.255.255.0 and 192.168.2.0 with a netmask of 255.255.255.0 and
192.168.2.0 with a netmask of 255.255.255.0. You could use just
192.168.0.0 with a netmask of 255.255.0.0, since those are all private IP
addresses, but would making IP spoofing a little bit easier.
