Absolutely. BellSouth does. I have to pay for the service, but if the 
caller has his phone number blocked from caller ID <NULL SENDER> LOL, 
then before my phone rings he must identify himself. Then my phone 
rings, I hear "Privacy Director", then hear the person's voice 
identification. If I want to answer it, I answer it. if not, I hang 
up. I can also block phone numbers, so once I get faxed by the same 
number more than once, into the blocked (black) list it goes.
