Well said, Jeff.  I'm glad I missed everything leading up to that.  New to
the forum and at the admin role, I have experienced both managerial
approaches, and needless to say, I still work for the company that gave me
some respect.

Quick question from the new guy, though.  What's the recommended way to
share addresses using Imail with Outlook Express (mostly 5.01) clients?
