The new name for LISTAR is ECARTIS. You can still access LISTAR/ECARTIS from the LISTAR website at http://www.listar.org. I stopped using the IMail listserv over a year ago and have been using Listar ever since. It's wonderful, and does everything one could possibly want from a listserver.
