Not with IMail's Listserv. You need to forget about using IMail for lists and move to one of the free listservs such as LISTAR/ECARTIS (http://www.listserv.org).
Listar can strip any attchement to any list, or you can allow attachments to go through on a per list basis. You can also rewrite HTML or RTF formatted text to plain text, so scripting hacks in HTML formatted emails are also killed. Listar is really a great system... check it out!
