I do remember that liststar... in fact I think I once owned it. It ran on the Mac tho from what I recall. They also made a web server for the mac. You might want to check out www.list.org. I use Mailman for my lists and it is really cool and free and has options for detecting bounces and acting upon them. Apple (www.apple.com) even uses it for their lists.
