I'll search the archives to find that.  And I'm looking forward to
seeing the new version.  Will it also fix the problem I described a
while back about moderated lists?  To recap, the problem is that when
the moderator of a moderated list sends an email to the list, only the
members of my domain (rc.edu) receive the email.  If there are email
addresses in the list that are not part of my domain, they never
receive the message.  Imail 7.04 hasn't fixed the problem, either.  

The workaround that we have come up with is to change the list from
moderated to subscriber only, send the message, then change it back to
moderator only.  It works, but it's a lot of trouble.
