Me too, but reported spammers filtering has its risks.
It is our policy to use such lists which is sanctioned
by any users of our system, so it is done with permission.
We have found users report to us any problems and we then
check what is not working properly and correct it. Any
blacklisting system will have errors in its reporting
mechanisms.

We have found after one week of running SpamCop filtering
only one or two messages turned up as false positives out
of thousands of mails, and it appeared that, indeed, these
were also sources of spam. We switch these filters to HOLD
every so often to watch how they are working. Our experience
with SpamCop testing is an extremely good one. I would say
it filters better for us than any other resource for us.

You'd rather have the spam, myself and my users would rather
not, then report if any problems arise. Philosophically it
is done as sanctioned here by our users and they love our
system.
