Being completely new to Imail, I'm not sure if I'm correct on my setup of our kill file. It appears that a few addresses in that list are still getting through. They are supposed to be completely blocked right? We should ever see the emails even in our unknown user account right? I followed the advice in the knowledge base and I scanned the log files for what might be the true FROM address for the Spam that is still getting through, and it's the same address. I've also stopped and started the SMTP service after each change I make to the kill file.
