Just to add my 2 Cents... We just transferred over 50 domains from
NetSol to StarGate - I called my doctor afterwards and asked for a
volunteer root canal & removal of my wisdom teeth all at the same
time!!!!.. I figured it could take my mind off of the nightmare.

I have never in my life hated a company so much - Network Solutions (
VeriSign ) should be avoided at all cost. They are the worst company
you can ever work with.

We transferred the domains to StarGate and paid $8 and they added an
extra year to what we had with NetSol. We gladly paid it and
transferred all domains to these folks. It works great and we are very
happy. If you have your domains with Network Solutions I suggest you
transfer them starting yesterday.

What is amazing is they are now sending us invoices for domains that
were transferred about six months ago and are also sending us Final
notices suggesting disconnection if we don't pay. They don't even have
the domains and are sending us notices. In the Who Is on their own site
they show Stargate but still think we should pay them... do they
understand it? NO.. They still send us notices of disconnection.

I am amazed how they can be in business.

The root canal helped a lot...

Regards,
Kami

Make sure you initiate the transfer at least 30 days ahead of expiry.
They absolutely will not bend on the rule that unless the transfer is
initiated 30 days before expiry, they have to charge you for another
full year and then can do the transfer ... even though they only give 14
days notice of expiry ... it's a classic case of a company going down
fast and making a last grab for an extra year
