I have a domain that I moved to a previous employer www.deltronique.co.uk the original company I worked for liquidated last July with massive debts that were run up deliberately. Before the liquidation they set a number of other companies and moved all of the domains over, I am now stuck with a situation where because I help with the tax investigation and helped expose a fraud they had asked me to be party to, and they are now out of spite refusing to move the tag for this domain to my designated company. Does anyone know where I start with this as I am unsure when the domain is up for renewal and when I was there they on several occasions held domains belonging to customers then re-registered the domain under one of their other companies so they could offer to obtain it back from this bogus UK ltd company (which was actually themselves) for their customer for a vastly inflated price. A point of interest as I got a very poor response from Ipswitch US or from the UK distributor (7 people failed to call me back!) they are running an unlicensed imail server on 212.105.190.114 mail.netconnectpro.co.uk formerly www.genesisinteractive.com & co.uk now www.genetics.uk.com, and serving around 200 domains email they bought verion 4 0r 5 several years ago but then downloaded version 6 november 2000 and used it unlicensed until liquidating the original company last year but are still using it unlicensed now.
