Then be prepared to be listed as an open relay.  "Relay for local host" only
requires that a spammer claim to be one of the users on any of the domains
your hosting on the server.  Why "relay for local host"?  Try "relay for
addresses" and "SMTP Authentication" for all others.   Would allow your
users to use your services whether they are on one of your IPs or not.
