I would second John's sentiment. We appreciate IMail's involvement in this list. At times the frustration of the admins in this list can be exhibited in an aggresive posture. Please remember that we're techies and usually type the first thing that comes out of the fingers! :-) We get tired and cranky and want to vent to someone at the vendor who wrote the product and has the most control over the software. Please don't take it personally. But please do convey the underlying concerns to the powers that be. We all have a vested interest in improving IMail.
