It will scan all incoming attachments for web messaging users.

Depending on IMail's mood, the outgoing web messaging E-mail may or may not 
bypass SMTP and Declude.  To get around this, you can have an on-access 
scanner scanning the spool directory (where the attachments are temporarily 
stored as they are uploaded).  However, very few viruses would spread that 
way -- they can only spread on outgoing mail sent through web messaging 
when the user intentionally attaches a file that happens to contain a 
virus.  Given that most viruses spread automatically and don't infect most 
files on the server, it would be quite rare for a virus to be sent via web 
messaging.
