That's a problem on their end.

The "SMTP-" processes are outgoing SMTP E-mail that IMail is sending to
another server. The "472 [EMAIL PROTECTED] DNS transaction timeout" means
that there is a temporary problem on their end. It sounds like they have
DNS problems.

Doing some further investigation, it looks like the reason for the problem
is that they are doing a reverse DNS lookup on your IP, but
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=65.205.109.3 shows that both DNS
servers for the reverse DNS of your mailserver's IP address are not
responding. That would result in a timeout.

So although the problem is on their end (it seems that their DNS routines
don't realize that some timeouts really mean that a DNS server is not going
to be responding), there is something on your end that can be fixed that
will prevent their problem from preventing you from sending your mail to
them (if *that* makes any sense!).

If you get the reverse DNS entries set up correctly, I'm guessing the mail
will get sent properly.
