All 3 of those processes have nothing to do with IMail. The first two are
for MS Indexing Service, which you don't need except for some specialized
IIS applications - you should turn off that service unless the machine is
a webserver and you know why it's running. It carries very high overhead
(like you're seeing) when indexing files on the server - esp. if it's
somehow pointed to and indexing .mbx files. The third, System idle
process, is normally what takes the highest percentage of your CPU - just
doing normal system maintenance tasks - when the CPU is around 5% or less.
