System Idle Process is what appears when nothing is being used -- if you 
subtract it's usage from 100, you get the amount of CPU usage being used 
(IE if System Idle Process is showing as 20%, then 80% of your CPU time is 
being used).

Cidaemon and Cisv appear to be part of Microsoft Index Server, part of 
IIS.  I know next to nothing about it, perhaps someone here will have a 
better clue of why it would be using so much CPU time.
