This is Microsoft content index server or Microsoft search or
Microsoft index server. If you are using a web server on your
imail server then someone may be using MS Index server and there
may be little you can do about it. On the other hand if you don't
need index server then you can turn that server off and should
since it will try to index the files in your imail directory.
