No, our templates don't speed up webmail significantly. They add more functionality/usability, and are much easier to customize and "brand" than stock templates. What version of IMail are you running? Web messaging with that few a user count should be lightning fast no matter what the mailbox size (up to reasonable limits, say a couple hundred MB) or template choice, on IMail 7.11. > Which is faster?
