Dear experts,

Our Imail server can't send email to a few large corporates' recipients. At
last, with the help of Scott, I find the root of the problem, our mail
server's IP don't have a PTR record. That means that you can't use our mail
server's IP to do a reverse DNS search. Some recipients' mail server will
reject the mail if they can't do that to verify the sender's identity. Now,
our new problem is that we can't create a PTR record for our mail server's
IP. I have try my best to do it. But failed. Our ISP create a PTR record on
their DNS server. It does work, but ONLY on their DNS server. We don't know
why our PTR record can't spread to other DNS servers in the world. I also
try to apply for a new domain name, then create a PTR record for it. I buy
one at www.domainbank.com at the cost of $35.-. Then we pay $10 for creating
DNS record on their DNS servers. But, at last they told us they can create
MX and A record for us, and they can't create a PTR record for us. I am in
despair. I have no idea about what I should do next.

Maybe somebody know where we can create PTR records. Anybody, who can give
me some suggestions, would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Bill Yang
