Is bncincmail.bancredito.com the server in question? If so the firewall in
front of it is blocking all ESMTP conversation

We just spent a ton of US$$ on this project. I'm not seeing my life flash
before my eyes, after all, in the end it IS just a job, BUT: This is NOT
good news:(

I just called IPSwitch tech support on this issue. They informed me that
they do not support a configuration where the mailboxes are located on a
network share separate from the IMail server, as we're going to implement
it. I could SWEAR that they told me it would work when we were
investigating whether to go w/this product or w/Merak Mail. Unfortunately,
I don't have it in writing....

Does anybody have experience getting this type of configuration to work
consistently? I had it working fine since I first installed IMail and it
only broke this weekend after running the procedures in this KB article:
IMail - Error: TCP 14 SMTP Service Down.
