Thanks for your help Scott.

IMail Tech Support said that since version 7.11, the Posters List feature
was changed. The knowledge base article that I had read was incorrect in
telling me to setup the list to allow all subscribers to post and then
enable the posters list. The way it now works is that this would allow all
subscribers to post to the list.

If anyone is interested in the changes on how the Posters List works since
version 7.11, they are listed at
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20020703-DM02.htm

Before setting it up, I had searched for the appropriate articles and
followed them, because I didn't want to post a question here that others had
already posted in the past. The problem is that the information in the
searchable databases is not always accurate. I kind of wish that I had just
asked my question here and somebody would have probably helped me do it
right. :-)

I appreciate this newsgroup and people like Scott who are so helpful in
solving problems like these. Thanks. I now understand a lot more about
those e-mail headers too. :-)
