Why was it down for 2 hours, some thing you did or unexpected? If it shut down and stopped responding on its own, start looking for a pattern of when it happens and high disk activity. We had that happen where the server shut down are restarted every night and early in the morning for about a week. Found a pattern of when a batch file ran and daily scheduled virus scan ran, both being high in disk activity. Turned out a 350 watt PS could not handle 4 SCSI drives, 3 case fans and a P III 1 GHz CPU. Changed to a 430 watt PS and never looked back.
