Yes, thanks, it's the same box. When we were NAT'ing from a public IP address to an internal one, mail.todhunter.com was the public mail server, mail2. was the private one , hit from the inside. When we moved mail to the current server, all our internal users had mail2. as their mailserver name. Rather than try to change every users' setting, it was just easier to put mail2 out there in DNS as well.
