o The server "u.ns.verio.net." did not reply
The server "u.ns.verio.net." did not reply when it was queried
for the name "211.173.198.in-addr.arpa.". This indicates that the
server is not running, or it is currently unreachable.
But, the query is for 5.211.173.198.in-addr.arpa (not 211.173.198.in-addr.arpa). Although the server should respond to the 211.173.198.in-addr.arpa request, is it required to?
u.ns.verio.net does respond to the query for 5.211.173.198.in-addr.arpa's PTR record from here, and a query using BIND8 works fine.
