Unfortunately in my case AOL cannot read a WHOIS lookup correctly for my IP
is stated as being fixed.

Actually, there isn't any standard (that I'm aware of, at least) for IPWHOIS to include whether or not IPs are dynamic/static. Your IPWHOIS definitely does include "descr: ADSL-FIXIP-USERS", but a computer can't understand that.


What AOL sees is your reverse DNS entry, which includes ".dsl." in it. Unfortunately, AOL doesn't realize that there are still a lot of business class ISPs that won't allow you to set up your own reverse DNS entry, and that ".dsl." in a reverse DNS entry definitely doesn't mean "dynamic".
