As I said, I'm willing to accept up to about 5% fp but I don't want to
have fp overkill.  What would you estimate fp % to be with usage of
fiveten blacklists?

If you use the fiveten blacklists for DSNBL, you are sure to get just
about everything and quite a few false positives as well.
