Well, what I suggest to customers is that the parent checks the mail,
deletes anything they find objectionable and THEN let the child have it.
That will be the method when by child is old enough to check email and
young enough to need protection.  Plus, the kids' pc will always be in a
public area of the home where Mom and Dad will look over the shoulder or
can watch the TV and the kids' screen at the same time.  If customers
ask for suggestions, that is what I suggest.  However, I have customers
that want safety but don't want to be involved (yep, the problem with
the world).  I'm willing to do my best...  

A parent controlled list of addresses is perfect EXCEPT from a
management/maintenace standpoint.  I don't want to spend my whole day
adding and changing addresses on the trusted list.  

I guess I'm kinda like those parents:  I want safety but not at too much
investment of my time and energy (I don't approach my own child's safety
that way, I assure you).
