While you are usually on the money, I take exception to that one. :)
Mathbox covers all of Massachusetts, except 413. We provide a static IP with our DSL ($110) and when the customer hosts their own mail server, we provide reverse DNS. We also provide a 256Kb T1 in the same geographic area for $329/mo and certainly provide reverse DNS.
Do you offer DSL to locations that Verizon won't provide DSL service to? IIRC, we're about 3 miles from the nearest CO. While there are a number of non-local Internet providers that can provide access to parts of the city, we did some extensive research and weren't able to find any non-local Internet providers that could provide high-speed access in this part of the city.
