Are you asking how to disable the sending of 'undeliverable' messages? If
so, I don't recommend that.
For backup MX purposes, you would be much better off using a POSTFIX relay
where you can setup a list of valid users to relay mail for and reject all
others. The ultimate delivery can be an IMAIL server or any other SMTP
server.
Search the archives for IMGATE. This is a project tha Len has provided much
detail on.
