BlitzMail is Dartmouth's client-server electronic mail system. http://www.dartmouth.edu/netsoftware/blitzhelp/Signing_On.html The above talks about logging in. I think Dartmouth uses a custom server that isn't POP or IMAP from reading through the docs.
